The thing is that the old experimental series conditions don't exist any
more. Unfortunately, to cope with pseudo-3D experiments (e.g. with a
non-frequency data dimension), the data model had to be changed.
However, this was an important change to make. Accordingly Analysis needed
a big re-write in this area and we introduced some "backward
compatibility" code to help transfer old projects.
Unfortunately it looks like this was not perfect, probably because you
would have needed to go through versions 1.0.8 and/or 1.0.9 first to make
a smooth transition. Assuming the backward compatibility code is OK, I
expect that the experiment series handling by Analysis changed in the
intermediate versions and automatically updated certain things which were
assumed when the data model changed.
I think the best thing is to make the experiment series again. I don't
really want to make code specifically for a 1.0.7 to 1.0.10 jump as it is
unlikely occur again. Sorry.

OK, there is a bug here. It is separate from the loss of data from the old
version. It still persisted in version 1.0.11, but it is fixed in the
latest patch.
However, without the patch you can continue to work, you will just need to
set the values for the conditions once again after setting the
experiments.
The error arose because the conditions used in the series are now more
decoupled from the experimental series. The series use a generic sample
description, rather than a separate system. This explains why some values
were entered automatically - i.e. an experiment can only have one possible
value for a given condition type, regardless of which series it appears
in. The bug was that upon a change of experiment in the table the existing
value for the row persisted, rather than the existing value for the
experiment.
