Hi
This works a lot better again, now all the diagonals and the aliased
diagonals are successfully deleted. Thanks.
However, it would appear that there is still one last grey area of peaks
that are not getting handled properly; peaks that have H1=H2 (and C1 not
equal to C2) no longer get picked as diagonals but they dont get treated as
non-diagonals either.
Therefore, these peaks get kept in 6 forms. i.e
a peak at 1.106ppm 32.16ppm had an NOE to a peak at 1.136ppm 46.932ppm,
within the tolerances this has H1=H2, for it I still get 6peaks
H C C H
1.109 53.224 67.933 1.136
1.109 32.223 67.933 1.136
1.109 53.224 46.932 1.136
1.109 32.223 46.932 1.136
1.109 53.224 25.930 1.136
1.109 32.223 25.930 1.136
again the sweepwidth is 21ppm.
Is there anyway to improve this so that the peaks with H1=H2 (or C1=C2) are
shift matched and their aliased possibilities discarded?
Cheers
Ben
