'Exploring Kent's Past' Project Officer
£17,490 - £19,180 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person who will help bring Kent's heritage to life as part of our 'Exploring Kent's Past' project, an outreach and website project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The post involves preparing information within an archaeological database for publication on the internet and supporting other project staff in the preparation of thematic and educational materials. The post also involves providing basic administrative support for the project.
You will have an HND or a good diploma in archaeology or equivalent, or relevant experience. Also required are good organisational skills, a disciplined approach to your work, good written English and an ability to work independently and flexibly. Computer literacy is essential, and good communication and interpersonal skills will also be an advantage.
