Advisory delete works just fine now. It'll do a delete right away for
DPM and a dCache disk file.
There used to be a problem with dCache not deleting files right away,
even when they were just on disk, and there was a hack involving
doing an srm-advisory-delete, followed by a edg-gridftp-rm.
Anyway, you shouldn't need that now.
