NUTN Radio is the National University Telecommunications Network's (NUTN)
popular series of audioconferences on which we talk about current issues in
online and distance learning. The audioconferences are done in a radio
talk-show format. We interview a couple of guests, engage them in a
dialogue, and participants are able to ask questions and join the
conversation "live on air." The programs are also recorded and made

previous programs).
The NUTN Radio host is Jim Woodell, Dean of Academic Technology and
Distance Learning at North Shore Community College in Massachusetts, and a
member of the NUTN Advisory Board. Jim has over twenty years of experience
in distance education and instructional media, having held positions in
corporate training, public television, educational software development,
