Right so there's no rule. While there wasn't a Cookbook writer's guide,
I think the structure I gave before was the one agreed a decade ago.

I'll see if we can bring these into line (unless that's how its
documented in the manuals themselves), after I revert the others to
the former arrangement (and thereby agreeing with the manuals).

Your not the only one! For instance, some of the PostScript graphics
aren't up to the job for hypertext manuals, and some should be colour
too. Many use the old LaTeX, although created after LaTeX2e.
