Hi Norman,
thanks, that all seems to be working for me as well. People should,
however, note that this does strengthen the configure dependencies
declarations from documentation to being a requirement, so it's now harder
to build against thirdparty code not in the tree.
I've removed the offending AM_CONDITIONAL statements from CCDPACK and
confirmed that it does build in the absence of ITCL, although as I say
above, that's now a bit more difficult to arrange (need to remove the
configure dependencies and regenerate).
