Hi Wim,
I think it's related to the previous problems. It does look like it's
been sorted out in the analysis itself, but not at the export stage. The
project is indeed the one I've sent you. You can check the example I
mentioned, I only increased the residue number by 88 to match the real
sequence, while in the project I've sent you it starts from 1.
