Hi,
I have experienced the same thing, but with MOLMOL. If I have MOLMOL
running at the same time as Analysis, it takes longer and longer for
Analysis to get responsive for each time I switch between the two
applications. Occasionally I have had to shut down Analysis and
restart to get it up and running again.
I am running Analysis under OSX.
