Neat! This is very similar to the approach taken in the ContextObject
in <span>s approach [1]. When were these details added? Is the
development of this recommendation happening in public on the dc-
citation discussion list, or is it just a matter of people working on
what they can when they can?
I'm not trying to be annoying, I'm just curious as to how things
work :-)
