I can confirm that we are seeing a lot of lhcb production jobs running as
lhcs here at TCD. And we also apparently have a large proportions of jobs
failing with the unfathomable errors:
96 Got a job held event, reason: Unspecified gridmanager error
96 Job got an error while in the CondorG queue.

We have ~133 entries for LHCB in our gridmapfile of which all but 19 map
to lhcs, so yes there may be a problem!
