Your notes don't say why. Just in case it's still important, I'll
change the Makefile so that this step is made and the .lis copies
exported to the sc5.htx directory.

Thanks. The scripts were already in CVS, but not the .lis files.
I found .lis versions in /star, and compared them. So it's just a build
step that's missing, assuming the .lis copying is necessary for the
hypertext version.
