Larry contributes to society and dedicates time, effort and energy to
worthwhile
endeavors. PR people aren't known for common sense or eloquence.
As for the political bumpkinry, (nice word) this particular flavor is not
bitter.
You well know many poets that do not fall into the "demographic" you
offered.
Not to say there aren't poets who design themselves to fit the stereotype,
