48. That belief is said to have been enshrined in an interpolation in
the text of (Jerome's translation of) Eusebius' _Chronicle_. Stephen
Shoemaker's _Ancient Traditions of the Virgin Mary's Dormition and
Assumption_ (Oxford, 2002) should help you here.
