This is not a bug. "{*}" means multiple spin systems, which is indeed what
you have.
Now I could use the "{123}/{456}/{789}" kind of annotation as I do for the
resonances but I decided to compromise for reasons of space in both the
tables and in the spectrum windows. The "*" acts as an indicator so the
user knows that special attention is required.
