Ah, ok. I'll soup the script up to be more intelligent.
Note that for these kinds of screw-ups, the best thing to do is to edit
ccpnmr1.0/c/environment.txt by hand to fix the problem, then run
installCode.py over again, this time answering N when it asks whether you
want to create environment.txt by hand.
