The setenv statements in the scripts in the bin directory created by
installCode.py are not executable because none of the scripts begins
with the line
#!/bin/csh
Thus the scripts in bin give an error message about an unknown command
setenv for each of the setenv statements. The same problem is present
with Mac OS X (tcsh), Solaris (csh), and IRIX (csh).
To correct this, I placed the line (without the leading spaces)
#!/bin/csh
at the start of each script in the bin directory.
Sincerely,
