I am happy to make changes to individual functions, upon request, that
limit or toggle dialogues off, but in the scheme of things this is not
very important to me at a time when I am extremely busy. The important
things at present are the new features of Analysis to help assignment and
structure calculation rather than supporting the few Python enthusiasts.

That is our idea too. The *Basic functions only use Tkinter for warning
messages and simple questions, otherwise they are entirely separate from
the Analysis popup panels. For a while now it has been a long term plan to
have command line versions of the warnings (which are important), but this
is just gonna have to wait.
