Have you thought about offering this thru some kind of simple Web
service, e.g. using URIs not dissimilar the the ones you have now, but
returning XML rather than HTML (and with the XML not broken into
multiple chunks)?
Or you could serve the info using OAI-PMH?
Just a thought... I appreciate that the cost of doing this may not
outweigh the potential benefit to the community and/or that there may be
licencing restrictions that mean you can't share this information
anyway.
