Freddy:
These sound like a couple of really worthwhile research projects,
(subduction, inversion and spectacular box-folds, etc.) The
successful candidates will need a couple of Jeeps, at least three
local field assistants and some access to helicopter support to do
the job properly.
Certainly a lot more challenging than yet another description of
rotated ruddy garnets.
Perhaps it's worth mentioning that the last geologist to be shot with
a bow and arrow was killed by the Motilones near San Cristobal,
Venezuela, in the 1950s.
