Hiya
Hope that this email finds you well and that you are looking forward to the up and coming local elections.
On Monday 3rd April dito and the map squad are holding a voting information day from 10am - 4pm at the Brady Arts Centree, 192-196 Hanbury Street, Whitechapel, London E1 5HU.
Please contact me for a flyer and the agenda. As well as workshops, some tasty lunch, there will a video presentation of some local disabled people speaking about their expereinces of disability in Tower Hamlets. Following this there will be a 'disability question time event' where councillors from the local parties will be present to answer questions that arise from the workshops held in the morning about issues of concern to disabled people in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Labour, Conservative, Respect, Liberal Democrats and independent councillors have confirmed that they will be present and so will be able to respond to questions and concerns of local residents in relation to thier policies and thinking.
I very much that hope that you will be able to come along to this very important event. Please pass this on anyone else that you feel may be interested in attending.
May the fourth be with you......
