Apologies for resending this but I received surprisingly few responses and a bounceback message to this email when I sent it earlier in the month which suggested that it may not have reached all members..
I am preparing a lecture to be delivered at Surrey University later this month which will touch on,in passing, progress in the use of the planning process to achieve remediation of sites. Val Fogleman of Lovells will be dealing with Part IIA at the same seminar.
I would be interested to learn
* how many authorities have issued SPG on remediation through the
planning process
* what conditions LPA's are imposing on planning consents for
relevant sites
* what percentage of sites have been cleaned up throught the
planning process and
* how many have been cleaned up.
If anyone has any information they can easily share that would be most helpful.
Happy to circulate a copy of my paper to any respondents.
Thanks to those wh have already responded.
Regards
Catherine Davey
