Neolithic bread would have been made from einkorn or emmer wheat flour
(whether this is what Jaqui used I don't know) ground using a saddle quern.

Subject: [BRITARCH] neolithic bread
Time Team was good on Sunday (Blackpatch). Well, I always enjoy watching
I have tried to contact Jacqui Wood but got my mail bounced back,
undelivered. I was just wondering what kind of flour she used for the
neolithic bread. And how the flour was made.
