I don't believe much pressure is needed, this is being phased in, all new
LCG RPMS will be signed by LCG, and LCG may need to be pressured to get
old ones signed but this is an area that will not be speed-ed up by
applying pressure yet. If you still have this issue in 6-9 months then I
would fully back you up.
