Tclsys is working for all the nightly builds (those that work anyway, no
Solaris or OS X for quite a while now), so I think we're getting there.
If you've installed the new tclsys over the old one, then clear out the
installation directory ($STARCONF_DEFAULT_PREFIX) completely and re-run:

If most things are already built this won't take that much time, you
could, of course start from a new checkout. Alternatively keep guessing
what to remove (all files related to packages tcl, tk and itcl) until it
works.
If you haven't installed over the old tclsys components yet, then use the
manifests to "deinstall". On my system:
> cd $STARCONF_DEFAULT_PREFIX/manifests
> grep starlink_cvs tcl | xargs rm
> grep starlink_cvs tk | xargs rm
> grep starlink_cvs itcl | xargs rm
does it. You'll need some signature string in the full file paths to
replace "starlink_cvs":
> head tcl
<?xml version='1.0'?>
<!DOCTYPE manifest SYSTEM 'componentinfo.dtd'>
<manifest component='tcl'>
<version>8.4.11</version>
<files>
/export/pwda/pdraper/starlink_cvs/build/bin/tclsh8.4
/export/pwda/pdraper/starlink_cvs/build/bin/tclsh
/export/pwda/pdraper/starlink_cvs/build/lib/libtcl8.4.so
/export/pwda/pdraper/starlink_cvs/build/lib/libtclstub8.4.a
/export/pwda/pdraper/starlink_cvs/build/lib/tclConfig.sh
Cheers,
Peter.
