TRANSLATING EMOTION: CONSTRUCTING MENTAL EXPERIENCE ACROSS LANGUAGES

This colloquium will provide an opportunity for teachers and researchers
concerned with translation and cross-linguistic transfer to explore current
problems and future directions in this developing interdisciplinary field.
There is no attendance fee and all are welcome. Each paper will be followed
by comment and discussion.

On entering the main gates of the Old Campus, go up through the left-hand
archway and across the quadrangle to the central doors of the main
building. Go inside and veer left around the cloister to find Renehan Hall.
