Dear CCPN experts,
Could somebody draft a couple of subroutines, please. They shouldn't be
too difficult for somebody with the detailed knowledge of the data
model, but would take me a fair amount of time to figure out.
1. Using an arbitrary assigned resonance as an input, return all
resonances assigned to protonated carbons for the residue that the
selected resonance belongs to.
2. Using carbon resonance as an input, return resonance for the
connected protons.
I need just a rough draft to see how this is done in principle.
