Hi Brian,
you should be able to at least get a clean checkout, if you know which
files are "locked" I'll have a look. Everyone should note that an updated
checkout will probably need a couple of "cvs update -d" passes to get
things right. This is because I've manually changed the CVS files and some
directories (as I've mentioned before the tclsys component now has the
GAIA history).
