While trying to combine four c.2k square frames to make a rough flat,
MAKEFLAT barfs.

The error persists even after removing the parameter file, using a
different METHOD, running both the released CCDPACK as well as the CVS
version
I'm sure that I've seen this before. Anyone care to joy my memory
please?
