I wonder how many researchers actually search on medical type databases, and then use google to locate articles instead of going through a university library portal.
People should be aware of some of the problems with using google, such as poor interface, lack of information to what actually qualifies articles to be included in google scholar and the way google presents information. Google doesn't present the most recent articles first like most medical databases, this could propagate errors or suppress advances in knowledge.
