The only widely available reprint that I'm aware of was done by Wieser.
According to their web site its coming back into print in February of
this year. However there is an on-line edition of it available here:
http://www.the-equinox.org/ . Unfortunately it does not contain all of
the images from the original but it does retain page numbering.
