Dear All,
Does anyone know of any research or findings about the effect of
improving your website on visitor figures?
Our museum is in desperate need of an improved site, we often have
customers complaining about not being able to find anything out. In
order to persuade the powers that be though, I am looking for some
academic research to back up my theory that it will improve our profile
and ultimately usage of our facilities.
