The below Atypon announcements may be of interest to some Lis-e-Journals
readers

SANTA CLARA, USA & OXFORDSHIRE, UK - 01 June, 2006 - As a further move in
the continued expansion of our client support and development operations,
Atypon announced today the appointment of Steve Pearce who is joining our UK
based team as Business Development Manager, and Kevin Cohn as Account
Manager, adding further strength to our US based Client Support team.

Steve will be responsible for identifying and assisting our growing number
of potential publisher partners to explore the benefits of our Premium and
Link Solutions. He will also work with our existing publisher partners in
the UK and Europe to grow their online business with Atypon.

Steve started his career in the information industry nearly five years ago,
previously working for Ingenta where he held the roles of Account Manager
and Territorial Sales Consultant. He brings to Atypon directly applicable
industry experience and further strengthens our in-depth expert team.

Martin Marlow, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said "As Atypon's
customer base expands, it is very important for us to have the right people
on board to help our publishing partners develop their online presence.
Steve's role is instrumental in ensuring our customer needs are met and
maintained at all times, as well as seeking new opportunities and prospects
to broaden our user base. I welcome Steve to our team. His experience in
this industry will be of immediate benefit to our customers and partners and
we look forward to working with him."

Kevin joins Atypon on June 19, 2006 and will work alongside our other
Account Managers managing account relations with a number of Atypon's
expanding US-based, as well as international publishing partners. Kevin
will also be working closely with clients, as well as Atypon's senior
management team, on a number of product development strategies and projects
to ensure the Atypon platform is used to best effect in delivering user
requirements and business benefit.

Kevin has worked for Mary Ann Liebert Publishers, Inc. as a Co-ordinator of
Product Development, creating electronic product offerings for peer-reviewed
journals and other publications. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon
University with a degree in Statistics.

Martin Marlow, Atypon Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said "As the
industry continues to explore and deliver a widening range of electronic
content online, technology partners such as Atypon need to ensure they
employ the experts needed to assist in operational and strategic service
development. After an extensive search I am very pleased to have found
someone with the depth and breadth of experience that Kevin will be able to
provide and I am delighted he has chosen to join us".

Kevin is currently living in New York, but will be relocating to Atypon's
head quarters in Santa Clara over the summer to work with the
California-based Client Relations and Technical Development teams.

Atypon continues to actively recruit and strengthen its client services,
account management, and business development teams in both the US and the
UK.
