Hi - I think the problem is that FSLView is looking for the major
version numbers and we've only supplied the minor - so for the moment
the fix should be:
download
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/fixlinks
then, making sure that you have FSLDIR set correctly:
chmod a+x fixlinks
./fixlinks
Can you let us know that this works?
