Hi,
it is a non-standard analyze extension.
Cheers-

Betreff: [FSL] FSL ignores intensity scaling in SPM Analyze images
Hi,
To follow up on my previous post, it seems that SPM allows Analyze
images to have an intensity scaling factor (so that e.g. an int16
image can be scaled to have intensities between 0 and 1), this scaling
factor is ignored by fslview, and lost after conversion to NiFTI with
avwchfiletype.
Is this a non-standard extension to Analyze, or something that FSL
should support? I believe the NiFTI standard does allow such a
scaling, so it might be nice if avwchfiletype could preserve this even
if it is a peculiarity of spm.
Many thanks,
Ged.
