Hi,
I think there might be a better work around for this than just
expecting the user to add the required dir to their path, assuming
this path does contain the required directory. I think something like
this should work:
WHICH=`which which` # (beautiful, no?)
AFNI_3DINFO=`PATH=$AFNI_PLUGINPATH $WHICH 3dinfo`
and similar for the other tools. And if they are all in the same
directory:
WHICH=`which which`
AFNI_3DINFO=`PATH=$AFNI_PLUGINPATH $WHICH 3dinfo`
AFNI_BIN_DIR=`dirname $AFNI_3DINFO`
should allow minimal modification to the FSL code.
Best,
Ged.
