Hi,
I am trying to reconstruct some EPI images (2d slices) in which I need to
square 2 different images, add them together, and then the take the square
root of the resulting image (i.e. sqrt(A^2 + B^2). I have used avwmaths
-mul and -add to square the images and add them together (element by element
within the matrix), but have been unable to take the square root on a
element by element basis. Is there a way to get avwmaths -sqrt to take the
square root of each element within the image matrix rather than taking the
square root of the whole matrix?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Eric Claus
