Maybe they've registered with one of those scam agencies who say they
will do it for you....I think that sums BT up as far as DP
goes.........That's the basics so how can they expect to get anything
right.........Have they actually got a DP Officer.....doesn;t sound like
it.....and here's us poor Councils paying every year.....and a
mega-bucks firm like BT gets away with it...so when I get another call
this evening from the overseas call centre..I'll defintely be hanging
up.
