Van Mildert is much closer to the Business School. Collingwood rooms are
better, but not so much better that it's worth the extra walk.
Malcolm. :-)

Dear all,
I am very pleased to announce that Martin Weller has agreed to give the
Web 2.0 keynote (in person) at the Seventh Durham Blackboard Users'
Conference. Martin is Professor of Educational Technology at the Open
University. He holds strong views about the future of the web, the role
of open source and community initiatives, so we are expecting some food
for thought!
We are also considering a panel session reflecting the fact that this is
our seventh conference. The "Seven Deadly Sins of e-Learning" was
suggested as a theme - what do you think?
Registration has now opened, so if you think this is of interest, toddle
along to our Bb server: https://duo.dur.ac.uk and click on the
Conference tab. There's also maps showing the location of the venues and
nearby accomodation (with prices).
Hope very much to see you there,
Malcolm.
