We have a patient in York who has been given Digibind after measuring a
Digoxin level of 9ug/L on admission.
We are no longer able to get an accurate Digoxin level because of the well
known assay interference.
Does anyone have any information on the clearance of Digibind?
When will we be able to obtain an accurate result using our turbidimetric
assay on the Olympus?
Any information would be much appreciated,
Thanks
