I know this has been discussed with respect to out of hours
cover, but how do colleagues with very low clin. scientist
establishments (1 or 2) provide consultative cover during the
working day when one or both are on annual/study/sick leave?
In practice, is it a problem , or is there an evolution or
reduction in the expectations of "customers" in the service
they receive?
