Good afternoon everybody
I was wondering what cut offs are in use for urinary creatinine measurement, below which, the sample would be deemed too dilute to calculate the ACR?
Although an early morning sample is recommended we do receive a considerable number of samples with urinary creatinines below 3.0 mmol/L
