Dear All,
We are evolving towards a Blood Sciences lab in North Bristol, involving
Biochem,Hematology and Immunology.I would be very grateful if anyone further
down the road would be able to e-mail me management structures that work
well in practice. We have specialist sections [some quite large] within each
of these disciplines in addition to a planned large automated lab, with
medics and clinical scientists.
Any brief comments on pitfalls or good approaches would also be very
welcome.
thanks,in anticipation,
Ceridwen
