I'm looking at comparative thickness of the cortex of long bones, so I
would also be very interested if anyone else has anything on this. I have
a couple of references here, not seen anything on bovids I'm sorry:

There is HEAPS on human bones if that is any good to you for comparison.

I have a couple of figures on sheep (and kangaroo) femoral thickness from
my own small study, if this is the sort of thing you are after.
