Dear DCM experts,
I am not clear why some DCM works, in the second level analyses, used data
(DCM.A, DCM.B, DCM.C) in different coordinates across subjects. In the
conventional GLM second-level analyses, most works usually use beta (con_*)
values in the coordinates that are common to all the participants. Is it
because the results are so sensitive to the coordinates? Is there another
reason?
Thank you in advance,
Shoichi Ugai
