Juergen,
if you don't need to reorder voxels on disk, then reorient your images by
scaling x direction with -1 (e.g. from the CheckReg context menu - you can
use "apply to images" to apply this to a whole set of images at once). If
you need to reorder your voxels, try the Volumes toolbox.
