I'm not sure how much support MRICro has for the orientation information
in NIFTI images. Therefore, you may want to reslice your results image
to match the anatomical using SPM. The Coreg (reslice only) option
should do the trick. Note that the NaNs in the stats images will result
in a shell of voxels from the edge of the unmasked region to be removed
(the depth of this depends on number of neighbours used by the
interpolation).

Subject: [SPM] Reslice & using of MRIcro
Hi there,
I am a new user of SPM. After finishing my analysis, I am trying to use
MRIcro to view the image. However, the automatic setting of MRIcro to
overlay the functional image to the anatomical image is both of them
have
the same direction. However, in my case, I got axial slices for
structural
image and coronal slices for functional image. When I tried to match the
two images, it gave me mass. Should I do 'reslices' for my functional
image? if I should then to use SPM or MRIcro?
Thanks a lot!!
