This year's Midwest Theoretical Chemistry Conference will be held on the
campus of The Ohio State University June 15-17, 2006.
The meeting will run from Thursday evening June 15 to Saturday afternoon,
June 17 and details can be found at

the talks will be contributed. In addition there will be poster sessions
and several longer, invited talks. These will be given by:
James Anderson, Penn State, Quantum Monte Carlo: Higher Accuracies for
Larger Systems
Qiang Cui, University of Wisconsin, Madison, Hydroxide in long-range proton
transfers: 200 years after Grotthuss
Kenneth Jordan, Pittsburgh, On the Role of Electrostatics and Polarization
in Water Models
Russell Pitzer, Ohio State, Zigs and Zags in Quantum Chemistry
Tamar Seideman, Northwestern

fees are $35 for students who are presenting; $75 for all others. The
registration fee includes a Pizza dinner during the opening poster session
on Thursday evening and the conference dinner on Friday night.
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is May 15, 2006
