                           Developing Audiences
                        Thursday 19th January 2006,
                             10am to 3.30pm at
                 Bolton Museums, Art Gallery and Aquarium

          £20 for members, £30 for non-member with lunch provided

Outline of the day
Developing audiences is a crucial part of museum practice. This day will
discuss the current policies and guidelines as well as giving practical
advice and looking at case studies on identifying and developing different
audiences.  The speakers include:

   Debbie Walker, Head of Learning and Access from Imperial War Museum
   North
   Representative from MLA North West
   Representative from Arts About Manchester
   Jacqui Wallace - Outreach Officer for Bolton Museums, Art Gallery and
   Aquarium.
   Emma Varnam, Museum Manager from Tameside Museums and Gallery Service
