Steve - and others might be interested as well - the simple answer is yes
there is a way of avoiding the paper trail for signed declaratiions. The
rather longer answer can be provided by Graham Titley at Plymouth U.

Document Supply but this will not appear until early 2007. I'm sure that he
will be happy to let you know how to do it. (He also gave a presentation at
this year's Forum for Interlending conference that went down very well.)
